The Process

  1.  Consultation & Discovery (60 minute call)

    Your initial consultation is where we dive into the core of your brand and the vision for your project. It's a collaborative workshop to understand where the brand is, and where it is headed. We will discuss your brand's tone and aesthetic to the setting, season, and the story you want to tell. This session is all about shaping the foundational visual direction, ensuring every creative decision we make together is intentional and perfectly aligned with your goals moving forward.

  2. Ideation & Creative Development

    Following our initial consultation, we move into the creative development phase where ideas begin to take shape. Using insights gathered during discovery, we source visual references, sketch early concepts, and begin crafting a distinct world around your brand or campaign. From here, three tailored creative concepts are developed, each designed to align seamlessly with your brand identity and campaign goals.

  3. Presentation of your custom concept

    Your document is a refined, visually-led guide that captures the complete look and feel of your campaign. Designed to be shared with photographers, videographers, and other creatives, it ensures consistency across every touchpoint. Acting as a brand bible, it ensures everyone is on the same page on the day of the shoot.

Lead Time: Concept presentation delivered within 10 business days.

    Visual Direction: Moodboard, Styling Notes (Hair and Makeup, Wardrobe and Product Styling), Colour Palette, Location and Set Design

    Shot & Scene Breakdown: A break down of required visuals, Framing & Movement guide.

    Logistics & Execution: Creative Team, Props and Accessories list, Wardrobe Overview, Schedule and Run Sheet.

    Post-Shoot Alignment: Delivery plan, Usage Considerations and Guidance. Retouching and Editorial Notes.

    While we may recommend our own team if we feel we are the right creative partners for the project, our ideation and creative direction services are offered as a standalone.

    Execution is optional and only presented if it aligns with the needs of the brief.
